100th Post!

It’s hard to believe, but this is my 100th post on!  Since I love big round numbers, that means it’s time for a mini-celebration. Hawkeye Blogs I realized I was approaching 100 posts a little while back, and I was trying to put it into some kind of perspective.  The best way that I could think of to do that was to look at other Hawkeye blogs I love. Six Months!

I made my first post on this blog on May 1, 2012.  That means that today we’re going to celebrate six months at!  It’s a great time to look back…and look ahead! Looking Back I’m going to be honest…when I first started this site, I had no idea what I was doing.  I still don’t, for the most part, but I have made a lot of progress over the last six months.  I set up the look and design of the website and added several new features to the site, including my archives, my links, and my bibliography. Hawkeye Olympians Final Recap

Okay, so one last post on Hawkeye Olympians!  I hope you enjoyed reading about several Hawkeye Olympic medalists over the past 17 days.  I wasn’t able to cover every Hawkeye Olympic medal winner, as I had planned to do…I’ve been pretty busy.  But I’ll get into that more tomorrow!
